IMPACT

I was a student of Redeemer's Model College (a school owned by the Redeemed Christian Church of God), I was in Junior Secondary School class 2 (J.S.S. 2) ... We had no Senior Secondary Classes then as the school was just starting up. The highest level students were the J.S.S. 3 students.

God so kind, I got a scholarship then for a session, courtesy of Pastor E.A Adeboye and this gave me the rare opportunity of shaking the Pastor's hands while receiving the award at the redemption camp. As a little kid I didn't know so much about him but I was really glad to have shook his hands; it felt good. Pastor E.A Adeboye gave a lot of scholarship in different schools under the Redeemed Christian Church of God Ministry.

HERE'S THE FUNNY PART OF IT ALL

I was walking back to my school's tent when I saw teachers coming to touch my hands and touch their heads and I was just there saying within me.

"What is wrong with all these ones?"

It was irritating like if it was possible for someone to slap one's teacher ... maybe that would have been my moment. LOL !!

It took me some minutes to discover that it was because I just had a hand shake with Pastor E.A Adeboye but still, I didn't understand why they were doing that. A part of me felt very important at that moment; you needed to see them touching my hands. OMO !! I saw my mates looking at them with confusion.

When I got home from the redemption camp, my neighbors no rest. I told them;

"Baba Adeboye shaked me ooo"

You had to see their reactions, it was breaking news!

My neighbors responded "Real shake ooo !!", I blushed.

HAHAHAHA !! 😂

My dear, let me tell you something. Surprise can bring about silly questions sha. Imagine someone was asking me

"How did he shake you?"

I looked at the person and in my mind I said..

"He used his Leg na" 😂

That time, it was just fun for me, I couldn't construe the details hidden in all that was happening.

I remember this event today and I understand clearly what was going on. i.e "HONOR FELL ON ME BY VIRTUE OF THE ANOINTING OF ANOTHER MAN" kai!

My Teachers were almost kneeling ...

THAT IS THE ACTION OF LIGHT.
IT DOES NOT HIDE....
IT MAKES POSITIVE IMPACT ... EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE
THE MAN OF GOD HAS AND IS STILL MAKING HIS POSITIVE IMPACT.

Are you that student?
I see you bribing others to write that exam for you; is that what you want your mates to record concerning you?

Are you that Lady, body in exchange for Gold ?
Don't you know the real Gold is that your body?
