THE BODY SYSTEM (MIND)

I feel the need to emphasize on how unique the human system is. Do you know we are the best in existence ? Most intelligent creature. Science could see things differently but this is my opinion, we are the best.

The human body system is given more interesting to learn about because as the human faces are different so are our body systems and their working condition. This simply implies that naturally, the body system and how it reacts or responds to its surrounding differ.
One very distinct part of the body system is the mind and enough can not be told when it comes to subject MIND. The mind cannot exist independently of body of system. The mind can interact with the world only through the body system. Changes in the state of the body system cause changes in the state of the mind. At an instantaneous moment in time, the mind is an essential part of the body system.



Here's a little hilarious but educating gist on how my mind works. As a student in school then, throughout the day I would never pick up my book to read (as long as it was during the day). I had noticed, I hardly assimilate during the day and could barely even remember anything I read afterwards. My body system (MIND) performed excellently well with reading at night. I could read a book from its beginning to its end overnight and effectively remember all I had read. I found out the night's silence and serenity is the best surrounding when I want to assimilate.

Usually, I did self - test by asking myself questions of which I gave correct answers. But, this would never happen during the day. I was vulnerable to distractions.

 I played so much during the day yet excelled wonderfully in my academics. My friends were in confusion because they had no idea about this.

"How do you play so much and pass, we hardly see you read ?"

I had mastered my body system (MIND); its CONS and PROS so, I made the best of it. I told a friend and she tried to do it my way but she couldn't. Her results revealed that she could hardly stay up at night for ten minutes without falling asleep. This is because her body system differs from mine as our faces different.




I'm sharing this article with all of you out there just to awaken the consciousness that; MANY PEOPLE FAIL AT MAKING PERSONAL PROGRESS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO IT THE WAY SOMEONE ELSE DID IT. This is why discovering what works for your body system (MIND) is very important.

You are definite and you should treat yourself as such. Working 12 hours during the day and attending night classes may favor them and yet be the worst decision you could make.

DISCOVERING YOURSELF IS A TASK ON ITS OWN AND UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOU MIGHT JUST BE LIVING THE LIFE OF ANOTHER !!
