DEPRESSION

WHY YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT DEPRESSION I
For a person who does not have DEPRESSION, understanding it will be a challenge - I mean, for you with no idea of DEPRESSION seeing a victim may make you think the person is just acting crazy or is badly behaved because people act differently when they are depressed.
But thankfully, making someone understand DEPRESSION is not impossible. When people open-up their heart and mind to educating themselves about depression, it is a positive step forward into developing an acceptance of it in society. What’s more, their powerful action can encourage generations in the future to advocate for its importance.

Understanding DEPRESSION is very important; victim or not victim. My girlfriend and I are sharing this article to you who is depressed to know how to manage, encourage and make a way out of DEPRESSION. Also, we are sharing this article with you who is not a victim for you know how to recognize, manage, encourage and help make a way out for a victim of DEPRESSION. The worse of DEPRESSION happens mostly when a victim can not find help.

You see; when there is a fire out break, we need to put out the fire obviously. We call the FIRE FIGHTERS. Note: The name is Fire Fighters but they don't fighter fire with fire. They put out the fire with water.

Same goes with a victim of DEPRESSION; You don't fight DEPRESSION with the possible products of DEPRESSION such as;
ANGER, QUARREL, VIOLENCE, HATE, FRUSTRATION, IRRITATION, DISGUST, NEGLIGENCE, ANXIETY, or any form of ignorance.
You reading right now may be a victim of DEPRESSION or you know a victim now or identify one around you in the future. Just like contacting the FIRE FIGHTERS who are professionals in handling that situation, you contact a certified COUNSELOR.

WHAT TO THINK  WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP A VICTIM OF DEPRESSION
  • Will I scare this victim of DEPRESSION ?
  • Will this victim of DEPRESSION admit to me that he/she is depressed ?
  • If the victim of DEPRESSION admits, will he/she trust me enough to tell me the whole truth of what the problem is ?
  • Does this victim of DEPRESSION want help ?
  • Will I be scaring him/her if I offer help ?
  • What kinda help will he/she want ?
  • Will he/she think I am a kinda person that will tell the world about his/her private life if I suggest help from a third party, a PROFESSIONAL, a COUNSELOR ?
Our ideas and much more will be shared in subsidiary article still based on DEPRESSION ...
